CART & CAPTIONING CAREERS | COURT REPORTING CAREERS

CART & Captioning Careers (CCC) program is a 3-part online, self-paced, all-encompassing program that guides you to your new career led by a trainer with over 20 years of experience in the industry and the owner of a captioning & court reporting company.

CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) and captioning provide accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing community, as well as those who watch TV or streaming on mute. Live realtime captioning is used for news broadcasts, conferences, college lectures, city council meetings, televised sporting events, and more.

Court Reporting Careers gives you the skills needed for onsite and remote court reporting, as an official or freelance writer. Focus on preparing you for the national test upon completion.

The CCC program typically takes students 6 months to complete all 3 parts. The CRC program takes around 6-8 months to complete and has 4 parts. It includes informative video lessons for each step that include detailed, step-by-step printouts that work for any style of learning. You will submit weekly assignments where your skilled trainer walks you through feedback, improvements and guidance every step of the way. Live weekly sessions with your trainer helps to keep you on track in your career to serve the deaf and hard of hearing or legal community!
